Exchanges are absolutely free within 90 days of purchase. Pre-paid return labels are included with every order. All returns must include all tags and dust bags, if applicable, and be in unused condition.  We will refund your credit card once we have received the return item.  You may then purchase any new item you wish and can make your purchase at any time.  Note, however, that if you purchase before we receive and process your return, your credit card may carry a balance for both items until we complete the refund.

Additionally, if the new item is of equal or lesser value, you may indicate the desired exchange on the return form.  We will immediately ship out your new bag once we have inspected and processed your return.  Any price difference will be refunded to your credit card.  Please note, that this method cannot guaranty availability.  While we will do our best to fill your order, items may be sold out by the time we receive your request.
