Return Policy

HobbyFob has a 90 day full refund return policy with free returns on all items except clearance and final sale items. Returned items must be in the original unused and unaltered condition you received them with all tags still attached/affixed and in the original packaging. Pre-paid return labels are included with every order except clearance and final sale items. Upgraded/overnight shipping selected at time of checkout is non-refundable.  You may also elect to use your own shipping method at your own cost. In this case, do not use our shipping label. Please note that our free return shipping is for original orders only.  Exchange items do not qualify for free return shipping, however, the return policy is still in effect until 90 days from the original purchase date. Exchanges will be processed after the item arrives at our warehouse.  All returns ship FedEx ground.  All exchanges ship FedEx ground back to you.  Please allow 7-10 business days for the item to arrive at our warehouse.  Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your shipment for processing of returns and exchanges.  Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for exchanges to ship back to you via FedEx ground.  We will send an email confirmation to the email address listed on your account after processing is complete.  Occasionally, our emails may be flagged by spam filters.  Please add HobbyFob.com to your list of trusted email senders to ensure receipt of your confirmation.  Please record the 15 digit FedEx return tracking number, which may be used to track your package at FedEx.com.  Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update/appear on FedEx's tracking system.

Please note that your banking institution or credit card company may require up to 10-14 additional business days for this transaction to appear on your account after it has been processed by HobbyFob and may depend on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Shipping Policy

All products sold through HobbyFob will ship via free FedEx Standard Ground Shipping.  At HobbyFob, that’s our standard shipping. We will ship to anywhere within in the 48 contiguous United States.  All orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship Free via FedEx Standard Ground.  Business days only (excludes holidays and weekends).  Please note that orders shipped 2^nd Day may ship 2^nd Day Ground or 2^nd Day Air.

At this time, we can only ship to addresses within the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, rural routes or APO/FPO addresses. Addresses must be valid street addresses. The shipping address must be validated prior to shipping, and we will notify you if we have problems verifying your shipping address. You may optionally upgrade to 2nd Day or Standard Overnight shipping for an additional fee.    Exchanges ship via FedEx Ground.

All orders, including 2^nd Day and Overnight, will be processed and shipped no later than the next business day excluding weekends and holidays.  We will send an email confirmation with FedEx tracking number when your order is ready to be shipped.  Occasionally, our emails are flagged by spam filters.  Please add HobbyFob.com to your list of trusted email senders to ensure you receive your confirmation.  Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update or appear in FedEx's system.

Shipping Methods

• FedEx 2Day - Delivery within 2 business days.
• FedEx Standard Overnight - Delivery within 1 business day.
• FedEx Ground – Delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
• Orders placed after shipping hours close will not ship the same day and does not count as a shipping or processing day.
• For Hawaii and Alaska customers, FedEx can only ship via 2Day Air, and the shipping time will not be guaranteed.
• Delivery may be delayed due to weather or other factors beyond the control of either HobbyFob or the shipper.
• All orders will require processing time of 1-2 business days prior to shipping.
• Orders do not process during weekends and holidays.
• No deliveries will be made on Sunday and usually not on Saturday and on most holidays.
• HobbyFob does not guarantee same day shipping.
• HobbyFob does not offer International/Canadian shipping options at this time.

HobbyFob does not price match competitors but will honor our advertised prices. Prices are non-negotiable.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for all orders shipping into California and will follow all applicable state laws.

HobbyFob will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone except as outlined in our privacy policy. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only.

Resellers

HobbyFob does not offer a reseller program and does not sell to resellers.

Volume Discounts

Unfortunately, HobbyFob does not offer volume discounts at this time.

Product Listings

Although HobbyFob strives to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and photographs, HobbyFob does not warrant that all item descriptions, photographs and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event that an item is not as described, you may return the item in unused condition per our 90 day return policy.

Purchase Agreement

By accepting delivery of any product delivered from HobbyFob ("HobbyFob"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and HobbyFob agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and HobbyFob . Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from HobbyFob .

Warranties

HOBBYFOB IS A DISTRIBUTOR ONLY. PRODUCTS SOLD BY HOBBYFOB ARE NOT MANUFACTURED BY HOBBYFOB. THE PRODUCTS MAY, HOWEVER, BE COVERED BY EACH MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, SERVICE, AND SUPPORT POLICY (IF PRESENT). HOBBYFOB ASSIGNS AND PASSES THROUGH TO THE CUSTOMER ANY WARRANTY OF THE MANUFACTURER, AND CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT SHALL HAVE RECOURSE ONLY UNDER SUCH WARRANTIES AND ONLY AS AGAINST THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS. HOBBYFOB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT HOBBYFOB HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

Risk of Loss

HobbyFob will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. HobbyFob will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

Applicable Law and Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between HobbyFob and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. HobbyFob and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of California, Los Angeles County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against HobbyFob that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

Severability

If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.

Waiver

The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
